If you choose to hire our services to execute some or all of the issues, we then compile a personal shopping list & switch over to a design consultation! We go over style preferences, amenities, space functions, etc. We compile a shopping list, execute ordering, and manage the project by scheduling our team of subcontractors for install on dates that it is available to improve your property.
  • Design Consultation: Beyond the initial assessment, some rentals may be one of two things. Either, "Needs to be Upgraded." OR "Needs to be Overhauled." If you are the latter, don't be afraid! Overhauling can be as simple as tossing old furniture OR it can be as big as paint, hardware, lighting, furniture, and decor! The choice is yours!
